Shipping & Returns

At Ashok & Babali we do not include delivery charges in the price of our clothing but instead we give you achoice of delivery method which is added at the checkout. The delivery charges include the cost of packaging required to get your items to you safely. Wherever possible we avoid the use of plastic.

Delivery charges apply per order.

Standard Delivery
The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £3.90
 
Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days.
For most orders we use Royal Mail or DPD.
If you have a delivery deadline, we would recommend using our Next Day Delivery option.

Next Day Delivery
The cost of Next Day Delivery is £5.00
This service is only available to UK mainland addresses

Please note that Next Day Delivery does not include deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Overseas Delivery
We have customers in many places and are delighted to send orders outside the UK.

Delivery to Europe should take 3-7 days, and outside Europe 7-10 days.
All deliveries will require a signature.

Please note that outside the EU you may be liable to pay customs duties and taxes.

We hope you are happy with your order. If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations just return it to us unused, in its original packaging, for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

 
Unless the item is faulty, return postage will be at your cost. It is important that the
goods are returned in the best possible condition so please pack them appropriately, and that they are sent with full tracking. 
 
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please email sales@ashokandbabali.com We will advise
where and how the items should be returned and provide the appropriate paperwork. We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
 
 
Refunds
We will refund you as promptly as possible, usually within 14 days of the goods being returned to us. If you have provided an email address, we will email you to advise you when the refund has been processed.
If you have requested an exchange, a replacement order will arrive in approximately 7 days.

To return an item
Complete the form on the reverse of your delivery note, enclose it in your parcel and send it with the returned items using the pre-printed label overleaf. Don’t forget to affix the correct postage to the package. We recommend that you use the cheapest method possible and obtain a free proof of posting from the post office as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
